About the Role The Assistant Project Manager (APM) works closely with the field team, project team, and customers to coordinate project activities. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining productive relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Tracking and reviewing project activities, including change orders and submittals
Directing the work of Project Engineers and Project Coordinators in partnership with the Project Manager and field team
Facilitating team meetings and driving learning for the team
About You
Prior experience supervising or guiding others in a construction setting
Technical knowledge in electrical or MEP construction and strong communication skills
Experience coordinating, tracking, and managing project activities and documentation for Project Managers
Willingness to learn and continuous improvement mindset

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred
Three (3) or more years of experience specifically as a Project Engineer in electrical construction, or MEP experience in general contracting
Minimum five (5)+ years of related experience, including some time managing smaller projects
Valid state‑issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available
