The Product & Production Change Control Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) while managing the integration of products and process changes across the manufacturing environment. This role combines governance of quality documentation, auditing, and training with strategic oversight of change implementation to ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement.

The position defines and executes business-level standards for QMS policies, manuals, and procedures, leveraging tools such as Windchill, LMS, and gage systems to maintain document control and workforce competency. It also leads the Business Change Notice (BCN) process, chairs weekly change review meetings, and enforces ISO and QMS compliance during transitions. Using systems like e-BCR and hazard plot reviews, the leader ensures that changes are validated, documented, and implemented without production disruptions or quality holds.

This role is critical in supporting new product introductions, driving process control, and enabling a flexible manufacturing environment that meets quality expectations while adapting to evolving business needs.

How You're Able to Create Possibilities Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System to ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement (50%)

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a world class quality system

Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain QMS policies, manuals, and procedures

Training & Development: Develop and deliver training on quality standards and processes

Process Control & Auditing: Monitor compliance, audit processes, and drive corrective actions

Continuous Improvement: Implement changes to QMS based on audits, trends, and new product requirements

Provide support to Business Quality Leader to improve Quality Management System driving improved quality, safety and reliability in products and processes (20%)

Coordinate Change Control including NPI impact on current production

Schedule and coordinate weekly Change Implementation Board on project implementation

Provide advice to project leaders on implementing change

Monitor change execution and validate production readiness

Coordinate deviation process

Manage and control the defining aspects of new model test setup (10%)

Communicate, control and document information provided to the product test engineers for the setup of new models or engineering digits.

Validate tester setups prior to unit builds in order to mitigate potential downtime on the production line.

Coordinate CAPA & CAR system in Agile (10%) Administer Quality Management System in Windchill (5%)

Documentation Updates: Ensure QMS and technical documents reflect changes.

Coordinate Internal Audit System (5%)

Lead coordinator of Internal Audit Schedule

Lead contact for External Audits

What You're Bringing to Our Team

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

7+ years’ experience with manufacturing equipment, processes, and Lean improvements in high-volume operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership and effective communication in defining, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes

Strong commitment to world-class quality standards

Self-motivated and metric-driven influencer, skilled at working with cross-functional teams and hourly workforce

Excellent project tracking and detailed planning abilities

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other computer applications

Team player who drives quality metrics while considering the broader organizational goals

Data-driven decision maker and effective communicator

Experienced in interpreting manufacturing data to solve problems and create innovative, sustainable solutions independently

Skilled in using, programming, and interpreting CMM/3D scanning/metrology systems

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, proficient in Minitab

Experience with metrology and measurement systems, including Polyworks

Proficient in interpreting both coordinate and geometric GD&T technical drawings
