As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a highly skilled and driven Heavy Highway Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team. Responsibilities

Lead all phases of heavy highway projects including planning, execution, and closeout. Manage building and construction project budgets, change orders, schedules, and procurement in Rochester, New York. Supervise field operations and coordinate subcontractors and crews. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues. Monitor and ensure quality control across all aspects of the project. Maintain project documentation and reporting. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in heavy civil/heavy highway construction as a Heavy Highway Project Manager / Superintendent. Proven track record managing multi-million dollar DOT and roadway projects. Strong knowledge of grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and structures. Experience with building and construction project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Benefits
