The Luxury interior Residential Project Manager will oversee high‑end residential construction projects. You’ll manage site operations, hold trade partners accountable, lead progress meetings, anticipate issues, and maintain tight control over cost, procurement, and logistics. This role blends technical expertise, polished client communication, and the ability to deliver complex NYC projects with precision and professionalism. Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues that arise. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project milestones. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality materials and services. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders. Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry in New York. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
