Overview
This role supports project managers in coordinating luxury residential renovations from planning to completion. It involves managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proven ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion in Manhattan. Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Prepare project budgets and ensure proper allocation of resources. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and resolve on-site challenges. Provide accurate project reports and updates to senior management. Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Support site supervision to ensure quality control and adherence to design specs. Prepare documentation, track progress, and communicate updates to clients and teams. A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices. Strong knowledge of ProCore. Strong experience with luxury gut renovations. Experience working directly with clients. 5+ Years high end residential experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Benefits
