Job Description Delivery Personnel responsible for stocking ingredients, processing orders, maintaining inventory, cleaning equipment, and delivering products and marketing materials to customers.

Job Duties

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler

Receive and process telephone orders

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Deliver product by car and then to customers' doors; deliver flyers and door hangers

Operate all equipment

Prepare product

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes

Must pass a background check

Open availability

Training Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; verbally communicate with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person; ability to train and lead.

Essential Functions & Skills

Accurate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, change)

Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order taking and processing

Motor coordination, rapid and precise movements

Computer and touch‑screen keyboard proficiency for order entry

Maintain cost controls

Navigate maps and deliver within designated area including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Tasks include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, driving, pushing, climbing, reaching, and eye‑hand coordination.
