Purpose The Talent Acquisition Associate is a new role providing support within the Talent Acquisition function, focusing on recruiting and onboarding support as well as full‑cycle recruitment. May provide additional support to the Human Resources Team on other tasks and projects as needed.

Compensation

The target wage range for the position is $23.21 per hour to $28.45 per hour.

Final offers are individually based on various factors, including skill set, years of experience, location, qualifications, work schedule and other job‑related reasons.

In This Position You Will Pre‑boarding Activities

Will process and coordinate pre‑boarding activities such as electronic references, OIG, immunization/labs, background checks, I‑9, etc. Will work in partnership with the HR Coordinator and Credentialing team to ensure candidates are in compliance to hire.

Communicates regularly and clearly with hiring managers and candidates as they move through the pre‑boarding steps.

Delivers an inviting and welcoming onboarding experience with clear expectations and regular communication from the offer to New Hire Orientation. This includes setting expectations of candidate orientation preparation, background check, licensure/certification validation requirements, forms completion, and health assessment. Delivers a personalized welcome appointment to each new hire and answers any questions.

Supports the selection process by offering support to the recruitment team and HR leadership with calendaring departmental interviews, facilitating assessments, managing travel logistics, creating interview itineraries and loops as needed, etc.

Coordinates with recruiter to ensure all requisitions are closed out timely, and after all pre‑boarding requirements are met and the candidate is ready to start.

Onboarding Activities

In partnership with the HR Coordinator, helps to coordinate day one activities such as I‑9 documentation, badges, etc.

Prepares and submits documentation to personnel files.

Assist with New Hire Orientation.

Compensation Administration

Implement pay structures for the organization.

Manage salary and sign bonus.

Ensure legal compliance with compensation‑related regulations for both union and non‑union.

Analyze compensation data to identify trends and gaps.

Benchmark pay practices against market standards.

Departmental Administrative Support

Track and coordinate recruiting and pipeline events for Neighborcare.

Coordinate supplies and swag needed for events, sending calendar invites to attendees and confirming details with school/vendor/host. Event debrief for evaluation for future consideration and ROI.

Process, maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Information System as needed (mostly through use of an onboarding tool).

Respond to general TA and HR inquiries via phone and email and escalates issues as appropriate to ensure high touch support to staff and public and timely approach and resolution.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Adept in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, Applicant Tracking System/HRIS (UltiPro) and DocuSign.

Consistently provide outstanding attention to detail, demonstrated multi‑tasking, organizational skills and ability to problem solve.

Demonstrated good judgment; adeptly manage multiple priorities and work under minimal supervision.

Demonstrate being proactive, strong initiative and follow‑through.

Ability to prioritize projects with variable and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy and have good organizational skills.

Must be technically savvy.

Education/Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1‑2 years in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Requirements

Associate degree strongly preferred.

HR or Recruitment/Sourcing related certification through Social Talent, CHCR, The Recruiter Academy, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified, or etc.

1+ years of recruiting coordinator experience strongly preferred; experience with UltiPro/UKG or Workday, MS Office Suite.

Prior experience in healthcare, FQHC, and community health.
