The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of $25m construction projects within the commercial industry in Manhattan. This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of construction processes to ensure project goals are met effectively. Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints. Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and reports. Monitor and enforce safety regulations on-site to maintain compliance and ensure a safe working environment. Communicate project updates effectively to the project manager and relevant stakeholders. Identify and resolve issues or delays impacting project progress. Contribute to the successful completion of construction projects within the property sector in Manhattan.
