The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of $25m+ commercial construction projects in the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects in Manhattan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.

Manage procurement and allocation of project resources and materials.

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
