What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
Define requirements, redesign, and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
Document and maintain business processes and procedures for training and reference
Support the configuration of the agency management system and create reporting outputs
Lead training efforts and create client deliverables to enhance overall efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to refine the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and make process improvement recommendations
Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
