What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in business processes
Participate in working groups to create standardized workflows across the organization
Support configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all processes and procedures
Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
Lead training efforts and create client deliverables based on documented processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to refine workflows and procedures for improved efficiency and qualityStrong team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with an agency management system
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Bias for action with a commitment to achieving sustainable results
