Director of Manufacturing Operations

Charlotte, NC, Onsite Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a
hands‑on Director of Manufacturing Operations
to lead production at their Charlotte facility. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced manufacturing leader with a background in
regulated production environments
such as food, beverage, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, or similar industries. Key Responsibilities
Lead all day‑to‑day operations for a single‑site manufacturing facility Own performance across
safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity Direct and develop production, maintenance, and operations teams Ensure compliance with
GMPs
and other regulatory standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, waste reduction) Partner cross‑functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Leadership Be a visible, on‑site leader engaged daily on the production floor Qualifications
10+ years
of manufacturing leadership experience Background in
food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharma, or other regulated manufacturing Proven experience running manufacturing operations or a full facility Strong understanding of
GMP‑compliant environments Hands‑on leadership style; comfortable being
on‑site daily Bachelors degree preferred (Engineering, Operations, or related) Why This Role
