Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Festival Ticketing Manager to lead the execution and oversight of ticketing operations across Peachtree Entertainment’s annual festival portfolio (24–29 events per year). This role serves as the boots‑on‑the‑ground ticketing lead, responsible for on‑site box office operations, gate execution, staffing, credentialing, and internal order fulfillment—ensuring a seamless experience for fans, staff, artists, and partners.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end on‑site ticketing operations for assigned festivals, including box office and gate execution
Coordinate with ticketing platforms and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate ticket builds, capacities, and inventory controls
Execute pre‑event internal order fulfillment for artists, sponsors, media, vendors, and guest lists
Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise seasonal and local box office and gate staff
Manage box office infrastructure, including hardware, Wi‑Fi, staffing workflows, and contingency planning
Oversee credentialing strategy and execution, including wristbands, laminates, and access levels
Supervise public and internal gates, troubleshooting scan issues, credential discrepancies, and fan support needs
Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for ticketing‑related issues during show days
Partner with operations, security, and production teams to optimize crowd flow and entry efficiency
What You Bring (Required)
3–5 years of experience in ticketing, box office, or gate operations (festival or live event experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience managing large‑scale event staffing and credentialing programs
Familiarity with major ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, Front Gate, See Tickets, etc.)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability and willingness to travel 35%–50% of the year, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working outdoors and in fast‑paced, live event environments
