We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Show Marketing Manager
to lead innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns for a wide range of ticketed events. This role is essential to the success of national tours and venue-specific events, working closely with artist teams, agents, venues, and internal stakeholders to maximize visibility and drive ticket sales. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary marketing contact for artist management teams, talent agencies, buyers, and venue partners. Build and execute full-scale marketing plans for concert tours and individual events across theaters, arenas, clubs, and amphitheaters. Manage show budgets across multiple markets and deliver performance analysis with data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal teams across Creative, Talent Buying, Digital Marketing, and Ticketing to ensure seamless execution. Oversee development and delivery of creative assets including media buys, video, digital content, and localized promotional materials. Strengthen relationships with local venue marketers, regional media, and promotional partners to amplify market-level reach. Identify and implement unique marketing opportunities such as influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and grassroots activations. Lead and mentor a small marketing team to ensure campaign success and foster professional development. Monitor trends in digital strategy, consumer behavior, and ticketing to evolve best practices. Qualifications
3+ years in live event or concert marketing with a focus on ticketed event promotion. Demonstrated success in executing national and regional campaigns across a range of venue types. Established relationships within the music and live events industry, including artist teams and venues. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex timelines and deliverables. Proficient in traditional and digital marketing platforms (paid media, social, programmatic, radio, OOH, etc.). Experience with CRM, SMS/email marketing, and fan segmentation strategies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative tools (e.g., Photoshop), and project management platforms like Airtable. Passionate about live music, with a fan-first, performance-driven mindset. Willingness to travel as needed for on-site event support and stakeholder meetings. Seniority level
