Capital Project Procurement Manager (Lead)
Location: Ridgefield, NJ

Responsibilities
Develop new and review existing procurement processes to ensure our client has a best‑in‑class procurement system.
Use advanced Excel techniques to create tools that the procurement team can use to improve and standardize results across the client’s data center portfolio.
Work with contract managers to ensure financial reporting to senior client personnel is accurate and timely.
Collaborate with senior client personnel to deliver EOM reporting and financial reconciliation with other stakeholders.
Present and train new contract managers on use of newly created tools.
Procure equipment and services for data center projects.
Review and administer change orders for live data center projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture is highly preferred. A combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in life sciences, pharma or biotech sectors.
Experience and understanding of best‑in‑class procurement processes using various contracting methodologies.
Advanced Excel abilities, comfortable with conditional formatting, dashboard creation, pivot tables, etc.
Advanced skill level in Excel and intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
Knowledge of On‑Screen Takeoff and/or Success Estimating Software is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this full‑time role is $106,800.00‑$142,400.02 per year. This range depicts base salary only and is a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
