Current DEA number
Completion of an accredited NP (APRN) or PA-C program
Master's degree or higher
Must be insurable under professional liability coverage

Preferred (Not Required)
Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new grads considered)
Experience in Pain Management, PM&R, Orthopedics, or Musculoskeletal Medicine
Position Overview Join a collaborative outpatient team specializing in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, serving a long-established community practice. Core Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop multi-modality treatment plans
Manage medications and perform follow-up care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR
Collaborate with experienced PM&R and Orthopedic physicians
Access to minimally invasive procedures, on-site ultrasound, and fluoroscopic-guided interventions
