gpac is partnering with a well-established company in the meat industry, with multiple plants across the Midwest, to find a Maintenance Superintendent for their SW Minnesota location. Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on coolers and conveyor systems. Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the maintenance team. Qualifications
Proven leadership and management experience in maintenance roles. Strong electrical and general mechanical knowledge, especially with coolers and conveyor systems. Food processing experience is preferred but not required. Excellent problem-solving and team-building skills. Shift & Salary
Shift: First shift, 6:30 AM — 3:30/4:00 PM. Salary: $90,000 — $110,000 base + extended hours pay and bonuses (potential total up to $120,000). Apply
