The Senior Project Manager oversees large-scale light industrial projects from planning through closeout, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery to quality standards. Responsibilities

Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale light industrial projects from pre‑construction through closeout.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within cost targets.

Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve challenges quickly.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

Provide leadership to project teams, mentor junior staff, and promote a collaborative work environment.

Conduct regular progress reviews and deliver updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Identify potential risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale light industrial construction projects from start to finish.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and subcontractors.

In-depth knowledge of industrial construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance.

Skilled in client communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).

Ability to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
