Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow and optimize our Creator Collective and Affiliate programs. You will recruit and onboard partners, drive engagement, and deliver content and incentives that support program growth. This role also involves sourcing creators for paid social campaigns and reporting on program performance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage creators for in‑house and affiliate programs
Collaborate with Paid Social team to source Ufor ads
Build and maintain relationships with influencer networks (e.g., LTK, ShopMy)
Coordinate incentives, placements, and promotional campaigns
Source and vet creators for TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta ads
Manage creator relationships from outreach to execution
Liaise with analytics and legal teams for reporting and compliance
Support email marketing campaigns and audience builds in Braze
Requirements
3-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and paid social
Strong understanding of attribution models and affiliate networks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Meta, and influencer networks
Pay Range The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
