As an Assistant Chief Engineer - Hybrid Space Team Lead at JLL, you will serve as a transformative leader responsible for overseeing advanced rack deployment operations, managing sophisticated liquid cooling infrastructure, and driving operational excellence across critical data center environments. Oversee maintenance documentation, calibration records, and asset management system updates while ensuring compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements **Required qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data center rack deployment, liquid cooling systems, or critical facility operations with proven technical expertiseAt least 2 years of demonstrated experience in team leadership, project management, or supervisory roles with responsibility for managing technical teamsAdvanced knowledge of CDU operations, coolant distribution systems, and thermal management technologies in critical facility environments Proven experience with chemical management, fluid quality control, and water chemistry analysis for liquid cooling infrastructure Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical teams while driving operational excellenceAdvanced problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting, emergency response coordination, and critical incident management Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for technical documentation, comprehensive reporting, and stakeholder management **Preferred qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent technical education with focus on critical systemsExtensive experience with commissioning activities, performance baselining, and comprehensive system optimization initiatives Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies including Lean or Six Sigma with proven ability to implement process enhancements Experience with vendor management, contract oversight, and procurement processes for critical facility equipment and services At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
