Security Officer – Flex Telecom Patrol
in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.

Pay Rate:
$19.52 / Hour

Tuesday 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and circumference to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential security‑related concerns within premises, including restricted and sensitive areas.
Document observations and/or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols and report them as required.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as necessary during incidents or emergencies.
Remain visible and approachable to employees, visitors, and contractors to deter unauthorized access and provide assistance as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and/or briefings related to site‑specific procedures, technology, and emergency response protocols.
Minimum Requirements
A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicant may have a criminal history; Allied Universal will consider applications in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
