Job Summary: As a General Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes or care facilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will play a vital role in supporting clients with daily activities and contributing to their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Help with mobility and transfers
Administer medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors
Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Previous Caregiving Experience Preferred But Not Required (training Provided)
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA (USA applicants only)
Work Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time positions available
Various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary and Benefits: Starting salary from $45,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
