Transform Young Lives: Premium School Psychologist – Hybrid Flexibility – Albuquerque, NM We are seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join our team in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area for an immediate start through May 29, 2026. This full-time hybrid position offers the flexibility of remote and on‑site work while providing comprehensive psychological services to both special education and general education students. Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group and/or family interventions to special education and general education students
Provide crisis intervention services for students at risk through intervention, evaluation and/or referral to appropriate community agencies
Administer behavioral rating scales, objective personality instruments and projected techniques for diagnosis purposes
Complete necessary evaluations, reports and correspondence as requested by supervisor for at‑risk and/or SEBD students
Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate behavioral/academic intervention strategies for students
Attend IEP meetings
Provide case management services to students and families when the IEP committee and/or school determines that home‑school coordination, inter‑agency coordination, community resources referrals and/or assistance for families are needed
Coordinate the mental health team (ES, SW, Counselor, Nurse, BMS, BD consultant) assigned to school sites and clusters
Requirements & Qualifications
Active professional licensure as a School Psychologist
Experience providing individual, group, and family interventions
Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and techniques
Proficiency in administering and interpreting behavioral rating scales and personality instruments
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Experience with IEP processes and special education services
Case management experience preferred
Ability to coordinate and lead mental health teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
