We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish & English) Speech Language Pathologist to virtually join a district in Florida for an immediate start through May 22, 2026. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week supporting 2 schools, providing comprehensive speech and language services to K-8 students. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families while focusing your expertise at a single campus. We offer above-market compensation based on experience, recognizing the valuable services SLPs provide to student communication development.

Requirements & Qualifications
Licensure (requires ONE of the following):
Active FL SLP License required
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous virtual and school-based experience strongly preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Experience working with K-8 students in school-based settings
Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse communication disorders
Knowledge of school-based speech language pathology practices
Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
Commitment to full-time employment (37.5 hours per week)
Availability for immediate start through May 22, 2026
Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-8 students for 2 schools
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
Provide consultation services to teachers and families
Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
Build consistent therapeutic relationships at single campus assignment
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
This is a 1099 Contract and is not eligible for benefits or reimbursements. You provide the laptop and we provide all the support, software and testing materials you need to be successful
