Account Executive – Rentokil Initial Hong Kong
Join Rentokil Initial Hong Kong as an Account Executive. You will sell our industry‑leading pest management services and products to new and existing commercial customers while maintaining a customer‑focused service to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross‑selling.
Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions.
Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
Essential Job Functions
Move up to 10 lbs regularly and 11–20 lbs frequently (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling).
Move around frequently – sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, using stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
Handle pests such as spiders, flies, mosquitoes, rodents, etc., and work in confined spaces (basements, crawl spaces, attics).
Operate a motor vehicle safely and keep equipment clean.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator; work regularly in confined spaces and narrow aisles.
What We Require
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
Preferred: 2 years of B2B sales experience and prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
Self‑motivated, hunter’s mentality and ability to work independently.
Will obtain any required industry licenses that will be paid for by the company.
Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
Base Pay Range Hourly: $20.00 – $24.00. Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, overtime, incentives, commissions, and route assignment.
