Account Executive – Pest Management Services
Overview
Join Rentokil, the global leader in pest control and related services, to sell industry‑leading pest management solutions to commercial customers. As an Account Executive, you will develop new business opportunities, inspect buildings to identify pest issues, craft territory strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive pest control services. Responsibilities
Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross‑selling. Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, and sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for Commercial customers. Craft territory development strategies that result in exceeding sales targets. Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings. Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions. Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence. Strong social, customer service, and communication skills. Preferred two years of experience in Business to Business sales – particularly prospecting skills such as cold calling, lead generation, and networking. Self‑motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently. Will be required to obtain any required industry licenses that will be provided and paid for by the company. Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s). Compensation
Yearly: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 Benefits
