Responsibilities for a Regional Director of Maintenance with Phoebe Allentown:

The Regional Director of Maintenance provides strategic and operational leadership for facilities, maintenance, life-safety, and grounds across a portfolio of CCRC campuses. This role standardizes preventive maintenance programs, ensures consistent regulatory compliance, leads capital planning and project execution, and develops high-performing site maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable, and attractive living environments for residents, staff, and visitors


Requirements for a Regional Director of Maintenance with Phoebe Allentown:

  1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
  2. 7+ years progressive facilities/maintenance leadership experience, including multi-site or regional oversight. (Senior living/healthcare strongly preferred.)
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety/fire systems, elevators, generators, kitchen/laundry equipment, grounds/irrigation.
  4. Working knowledge of NFPA Life Safety Code, OSHA, CMS/state survey processes, and healthcare/senior housing compliance.
  5. Strong project management and capital planning experience.
  6. Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems and budget tools.
  7. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel routinely between campuses.
