Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Schedule: 3 nights per week (Thursday Sunday)
Hours per Week: 36
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1210 $1300
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active RN license in New Mexico or compact state (Registered Nurse NM license)
Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in long term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care
Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
RN Responsibilities in Long Term Care
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long term care facility
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions; promptly report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote a safe, supportive environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow healthcare professionals
