Estimated Weekly Salary Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1570 – $1680 per week Travel Nursing Job Details Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing & Long Term Care Location: Harvard, IL 60033 (Northern Illinois healthcare jobs) Unit: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long Term Care (LTC) Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 12‑hour shifts Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/17/2025 End: 1/16/2026) Weekend & Holiday Rotation: Required Opportunities: Additional hours available Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois CPR certification (AHA preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, or similar healthcare setting Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled RN Responsibilities in Skilled Nursing & Long Term Care Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and nursing standards Monitor and document patient responses to medications and treatments Administer medications per policy, licensure, and Illinois state regulations Respond promptly to patient needs and report significant observations to the healthcare team Participate in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans Recognize and respond to emergency situations within RN scope of practice Educate patients and families on self‑care and document teaching provided Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all nursing care activities Apply now to join our healthcare team and make a difference in long term care nursing in Harvard, Illinois!
