Full‑time, remote opportunities are available for one Account Manager Team Lead, several Account Managers (AM), and multiple Account Manager Assistants (AMA).
Account Manager Team Lead – Job Functions
Oversee daily team pipeline management, including condition follow‑up, vendor follow‑up, aged/dormant loan reviews, and data integrity within the LOS.
Collect loan data from the Account Manager team and provide the Account Manager Supervisor with volume projections and status updates (e.g., month‑end fundings, AM/AMA performance).
Manage a small personal pipeline and communicate with all relevant parties—Loan Originators, Brokers, Processors, Underwriters, Funders, Doc Drawers, and leadership—to ensure transparency on loan status and outstanding requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of non‑QM products (including second mortgages and HELOCs) and FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, and VA programs.
Provide daily loan status updates to brokers and loan originators for assigned files.
Coach, mentor, and train team members to support performance and development.
Deliver morning, midday, and end‑of‑day pipeline updates to management.
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding loan conditions and required documentation.
Review submitted conditions for accuracy, upload/attach documentation, and resubmit files to underwriting in a timely manner.
Complete required change of circumstance documentation and request LE/CD re‑disclosures within mandated timeframes.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the broker and borrower experience.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of recent management experience and 2 years of current wholesale mortgage processing experience.
Proficiency with Encompass360 LOS.
Working knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA, FNMA/FHLMC, and investor underwriting guidelines.
Understanding of non‑QM loan programs preferred.
Strong knowledge of lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to support teamwork and stakeholder relationships.

Retrieve SSRs and order appraisal review products.
Send valuation copies to borrowers and document Proof of Delivery (POD).
Order SSA‑89 verifications.
Complete 4506‑C forms and order transcripts when needed.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding loan conditions and documentation.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Uphold company values through ethical and professional conduct.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Account Manager Assistant – Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of current mortgage experience (retail processing, disclosing, loan setup, etc.).
Experience with Encompass360 LOS.
Working knowledge of lending compliance and regulations.
