Overview Providence is calling for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Seward Medical Center in Seward, Alaska. The role supports our mission of delivering compassionate, accessible care to vulnerable populations.

Description The full‑time LPN position requires a variable shift schedule (36 hours per week) and offers a $7,500 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external hires. Providence nurses thrive in a culture of patient‑focused, whole‑person care built on mutual respect and empowerment.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School with a License Practical Nurse license.

Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse.

Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 6 months experience in a health care facility (acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation center).

The base pay range for this position is $28.75–$44.83 per hour.
