We provide specialized care to patients in diverse areas such as orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, and more. As an LPN you will assess needs, implement care, and collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team using the latest technology.
Compensation
Starting wage $27.15 per hour
Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
Shift premium up to $1.50 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Overtime pay after 8 hours
Yearly wage increases

Responsibilities
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families about changes to medications, treatment plans, or patient condition.
Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
Oversee the CNA team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
Current licensure to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (or higher).
High level of analytical ability for personalized care plans and problem‑solving.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate care.
Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
Work Requirements CPR‑BLS certification required. LPN licensed practical nurse in Michigan required.
