Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care using the latest technology and a strong interdisciplinary team.
Compensation Starting wage $36.00 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. Yearly wage increases.

Scheduling 8 hour and 12 hour shifts available, part time or full time, day shift or nights.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments including irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
Oversee the CNA team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.
Qualifications
A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan. CPR certification required.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and develop solutions.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering innovative care.
Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
