Responsibilities
Collaborate with program staff to optimize efficiency, staffing, and coverage.
Implement and update procedures, monitor paperwork accuracy, and ensure compliance.
Supervise and mentor clinicians and CFYs, ensuring adherence to legal and agency policies.
Conduct staff training, hiring, and perform regular audits.
Required Skills Strong Speech Language Pathology expertise, effective communication, and leadership abilities.
Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, at least 2.5 years of experience, NYS licensure, ASHA certification, and NYS TSSLD or equivalent certification.
