TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care providers. We are looking for therapists ready to join something greater than a company. Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Assessment: Identify impairments, functional limitations, and contributing factors to develop a holistic understanding of each patient’s condition. Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence‑based practice guidelines. Utilize physical therapy exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and patient education to address impairments and improve function. Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Techniques: Perform joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and manual stretching to improve tissue mobility; prescribe therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and neuromuscular re‑education. Pain Management and Modalities: Tailor treatment modalities to each patient’s needs, monitor responses, and adjust parameters as necessary. Functional Training and Rehabilitation: Guide patients through functional mobility training, gait training, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining; incorporate real‑life scenarios and environmental modifications for home and community settings. Qualifications
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Current license/certification in the state of practice. Benefits
