Responsibilities Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Full‑Time Days, Monday‑Friday, 8a‑4:30p. Minimum Salary: $72,000. Maximum Salary: $75,000.

About Cedar Springs Hospital: Our mission is to deliver the highest quality services to individuals and families dealing with mental illness or substance abuse. We provide innovative services with appropriate levels of care, individualized programs, and highly qualified mental health professionals, delivering multidisciplinary behavioral health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

The therapy role provides individual, group, and family therapy in acute care, residential, or outpatient settings. Therapists are responsible for treatment and discharge planning, and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client’s course of treatment. Oversight of all social work functions for acute patients includes psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, discharge planning, and social work personnel.

Qualifications Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills; working knowledge of personal computer; ability to maintain confidentiality; complete required clinical paperwork per protocol and regulatory agency requirements; maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families; act professionally in high‑stress situations.

Education/Experience:

Master’s degree in counseling or related field (MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC); licensed or seeking licensure in Colorado; one year clinical experience with children, adolescents, or adults.

Physical Requirements Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds; full range of body motion, including handling and physical restraint; perform CPR and first aid; work rotating schedules; drive a vehicle if necessary; speak, read, and write; maintain emotional stability and sufficient vision and hearing to perform essential functions.
