Full‑Time Days, Monday‑Friday

Minimum Salary: $72,000

Maximum Salary: $78,000

The therapist role is designed to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients within the acute care, residential, or outpatient settings. Therapists have the primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client’s course of treatment. As the Acute Care Social Worker, this individual will oversee all social work functions for acute patients and staff, including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, discharge planning, and social work personnel.

Qualifications Requirements: Requires strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of personal computer, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Must maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families and act professionally in high‑stress situations.

Education / Experience Masters degree in a counseling‑related field, MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year clinical experience working with adults.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Requires full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint of patients. Ability to perform CPR and first aid. Ability to work rotating schedules. Ability to drive a vehicle if necessary. Must be able to speak, read, and write. Emotional stability and sufficient vision and hearing to perform essential job functions.
