Base pay range $23.01/hr – $37.67/hr
Job Description Support and execute projects for manufacturing and engineering requirements within the Semiconductor Fab, including photolithography, wet/dry etch, thin film deposition, and metrology. Additional responsibilities include preparing materials for shipment to customers, assisting with general maintenance in the Fab, and assisting in wastewater treatment operations and hazardous waste management.
Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleanroom semiconductor wafer Fab>
Direct experience in photolithography, RIE, and vacuum deposition
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
Experience with networked PC‑based computer system
Skills
Read and understand engineering drawings and process procedures
Work independently with minimal guidance on specific tasks
Attention to details
Work with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency
Keep the workplace safe, clean, and orderly
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic level of skills in MS Word and MS Excel
Willingness to pursue continuous growth learning
Working Conditions
On‑site position
Regular use of a computer and other office equipment necessary
Interaction with team members and external contacts part of the job
May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate executive’s needs
Physical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings
Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents
Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
