2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Evening Shift)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

Role Overview As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you will perform complex testing that is essential to accurate diagnosis and patient outcomes. You’ll contribute to quality assurance, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
Prepare reagents and report results per established policies and procedures
Perform moderate to high complexity testing
Monitor and maintain computer applications related to lab operations
Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
Assist with training, orientation, and competency evaluations of testing personnel
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Certification & Licensure
Required: State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
Education
Required: Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience
Required: Clinical laboratory experience
