Sales Development Representative (SDR) – USA

Role Overview As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to generate and qualify leads, create meaningful conversations with decision‑makers, and set up high‑quality meetings for our Account Executives. You will represent cutting‑edge software and AI solutions—so curiosity, persistence, and strong communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
Prospect, research, and identify potential clients in target industries.
Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
Book and schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and outreach campaigns.
Understand our products and be able to clearly articulate the value to prospects.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/IT/Software).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. French bilingualism is a plus.
Comfort with cold outreach and high‑volume prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Self‑starter with resilience, persistence, and a results‑driven mindset.
Curiosity about software, AI, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred (but not mandatory).
