Unit Description Emergency Department RNs provide professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team comprised of Physicians, Fellows/Residents, RNs, MHTs, and ED Techs. RNs are trained to cover the Charge RN role and to precept.
On-Call Not required.
Incentives $20K RN Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time (pro-rated for Part-Time roles and subject to tax withholdings). Must have at least 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience to qualify. Additional Terms and Conditions apply.
Requirements
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
ADN required, BSN preferred.
Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
