$45.00/hr – $75.00/hr. Pay based on skills and experience. About the Role

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare offers part‑time licensed therapist positions in Northern New Jersey, providing in‑home and center‑based weekly therapeutic services for youth with mental health disorders. The role focuses on meaningful impact with diverse children and adolescents with exceptional needs. Key Responsibilities

Provide individual in‑home therapy, group therapy sessions, telehealth therapy, and outpatient center sessions. Perform bio‑psycho‑social assessments (if qualified, or willing to be trained). Teach coping and social skills, anger management, and reduce risk behaviors such as SIB or physical aggression. Improve youth and caretaker decision‑making skills to manage in‑home behavioral challenges. Collaborate consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and other discipline professionals. Submit all required documentation and paperwork within designated time frames (intake, treatment plan, DAP notes, etc.). Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory clinical documentation. Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields (LSW, LAC, LFT). Clinical mental health trauma counseling training. Training or willingness to complete Crisis Intervention training. Post‑internship field experience with youth mental health disorders. Experience in treatment planning, goal setting, progress notes, and initial assessments. Familiarity with CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response approaches. Experience using DSM‑V for assessments and diagnosis. Available for a minimum 6–10 hours per week during after‑school hours (12 noon to 8 pm); weekend flexibility a plus. Experience providing positive behavior supports. Prior experience working with ages 3–20, including children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a plus. Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle. Pass criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting. Submit resume and copies of master’s degree and New Jersey license or certification. Authorized to work in the U.S. without current visa sponsorship. Licensing

States: New Jersey (Marriage & Family Therapy Board), Pennsylvania, and New York. Commute to service areas no more than 25‑30 minutes. Benefits
