Responsibilities
Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues.
Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
Supervision and Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Monitor order accuracy and quality standards.
Required Skills/Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in workflow with relevant programs and processes.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Unafraid of heights up to 30ft.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
