Plant Controller
Salary:
$120,000+ (DOE) Location: West Monroe, Louisiana Industry:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership and executive teams to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee plant-level accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Lead cost accounting, inventory controls, and variance analysis
Present financial results to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
Partner with operations to improve efficiency and profitability
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Lead and develop plant finance staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA a plus)
Food manufacturing or plant experience preferred (or equivalent)
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication skills, including board-level presentations
Knowledge of food product costing and plant operations
