Dance Studio Manager – Full Time

Responsibilities
Oversee private and group dance classes for new students throughout the week.
Help students reach their personal dance goals, from a single event to a lifelong journey.
Ensure an amazing, customer‑focused experience for all participants.
Work closely with the Fred Astaire team and with people from all walks of life.
Maintain studio hours 12:00–21:00 PM, full‑time position.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Commitment to succeed and willingness to work hard.
Accountable and a team player who can inspire and lead.
Eager to accept coaching and feedback.
