Job Description We are currently hiring a

Maintenance Supervisor: Packaging

in

Breinigsville, PA .

The Maintenance Supervisor: Packaging is responsible for repair, maintenance, improvement and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in packaging operations. This position ensures the full useful life of packaging assets, eliminates mechanical causes of failure, and maximizes reliability and productivity. In addition to a background in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing and/or packaging, the ideal candidate also has 1+ years of maintenance supervision.

What You’ll Brew

Lead maintenance and reliability teams to define and complete predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance work across the packaging department.

Build the capability of maintenance technicians through training and development programs.

Assist in the development and implementation of capital and plant productivity projects.

Utilize lean manufacturing methodologies to drive improvements in safety, quality, and overall line performance.

Ensure equipment is maintained at levels consistent with company and manufacturer specifications. Adhere to defined maintenance processes and KPIs for assigned areas.

Schedule and direct maintenance technicians to perform required tasks; ensuring safe, and efficient operations. Perform technician tasks as needed.

Assist in the development and implementation of processes, projects, and training efforts that drive engagement and continuous improvements in packaging operations.

Monitor and track financial and performance of assigned areas.

Fulfill all administrative and reporting duties in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.

Leadership and Management

Administer company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.

Serve as a role model in creating an equitable and inclusive culture by including all perspectives and thinking of others in decision‑making processes.

Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and inspire action while fostering a collaborative, results‑driven team environment.

Deliver regular feedback through coaching, development opportunities, and performance reviews.

Participate in daily shift meetings as required.

Communicate clear expectations and direction to direct reports; occasionally during off hours as required.

What Ingredients You’ll Bring Minimum Qualifications Education:

4 year/bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management and/or equivalent work experience.

1+ years of experience in maintenance supervision

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams from diverse backgrounds; allowing for all to thrive and reach their potential.

Able to stay flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast‑paced work environment.

Tech‑savvy and familiar with computer‑based preventative maintenance programs. Must be able to learn and accurately utilize company systems and automated equipment.

Must be available to support shift, weekend, and holiday schedules as required.

Work overtime as needed, which may require 12‑hour days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Working Conditions

Operating environment is complex and densely populated with production equipment and forklifts that necessitates high situational awareness.

Subject to loud and constant noise.

Non‑environmentally conditioned spaces which may lead to extreme hot and cold.

Physical Requirements

All production roles are required to pass a pre‑employment physical exam to comply with their specific role requirement(s). Certain roles may require the use of a respirator and passing the associated fit test.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly.

Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces.

Responsibilities may require crouching, stepping over, crawling under, bending, twisting, climbing and reaching above head and shoulders repeatedly throughout the day.

Responsibilities may require climbing flights of stairs, working from heights, on elevated platforms, or in confined spaces.

Ability to wear assigned PPE (safety shoes, gloves, facemask, hearing protection and hard hat).

Established dexterity so you can handle materials, operate equipment and interface with computer systems with precision.

Some roles (e.g., forklift operator) may be required to sit for a prolonged period of time and have strong peripheral vision and depth perception.

Level:

7M

In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is between $60,600 and $111,900. However, it is important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
