The LIHTC Portfolio Manager/North East Regional Asset Manager will oversee the management and performance of a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with LIHTC guidelines and maximizing financial returns. Responsibilities
Oversee the management and performance of a portfolio of LIHTC properties.
Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and other applicable housing standards.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value.
Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with property management teams to address operational challenges.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure property standards are met.
Analyze market trends to inform decision‑making and strategy development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and regulatory agencies.
