We are seeking a talented litigation associate with 3–4 years of experience to join a leading Real Estate Capital Markets practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial foreclosure litigation, creditor’s rights, landlord-tenant disputes, and other complex real estate litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated work in a collaborative environment with excellent career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial foreclosure and creditor’s rights matters.
Handle commercial landlord-tenant disputes and other real estate litigation.
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery (including e-discovery), and contribute to case strategy.
Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
Qualifications
JD with strong academic credentials.
3–4 years of commercial litigation experience (large law firm background preferred).
Strong legal research and writing skills, with experience in New York motion practice and proper citation formatting.
Courtroom experience a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Compensation In accordance with pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range is $260,000 – $310,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
