Job Description Industrial Electrical Foreman: Lead and manage a team of electricians on complex site projects, ensuring safe, code‑compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while coordinating schedules, materials, budgets, and communication with management and clients, requiring strong technical skills, leadership, and adherence to safety (OSHA/NEC). Responsible for daily operations, troubleshooting, training apprentices, documenting progress, and driving project completion within scope and budget.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in industrial/commercial electrical work.
Deep knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations (OSHA).
Ability to read and execute complex electrical drawings.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
