Together Team Model
that includes a
Virtual RN
to support bedside staff and enhance communication.
Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and perform treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families on post‑operative care, rehabilitation, and recovery processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
Valid RN license in Connecticut.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
One or more years of experience in medical‑surgical, orthopedics or neuro care within an acute inpatient setting.
BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
Position Highlights
Schedule: Full time 36 hours/week – Day Shift.
Rotation: Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday.
